Q: Where does Blue Mountain Trading Company coffee come from?
A: Our coffee is grown by the Mayan Indians under the rain forest canopy in Chiapas, Mexico.


 

 
Q: How is your coffee decaffeinated?
A: We decaffeinate our coffee with Swiss Water Process. If you would like more information on how this is done, we would be happy to provide it for you.


 

 
Q: Besides using your web site, is there another way I can place my order?

Q: How long will it take my coffee to get to me?
A: This naturally depends on your location, but in most instances, it should take no more than 5 days. If you are at all concerned about when your order will get to you, feel free to contact us and we will track your shipment for you and let you know which day your shipment is due to arrive.


 

 
Q: How fresh will my coffee be?
A: All of our coffee is roasted to order; therefore, your coffee will be as fresh as possible!


 

 
Q: How is your coffee flavored?
A: We use our Sun Roast, which is a medium roast, as a base, and then we add a syrup flavoring especially for coffee, and mix it evenly throughout the coffee beans. We usually flavor 5 pounds of coffee at a time, but never more than 5 pounds, to maintain consistency and to be sure the coffee flavoring is nothing below perfection.


 

 
Q: How is your coffee shipped?
A: All of our products are shipped through UPS.


 

 
Q: Do you supply any other products besides organic coffee?
A: Yes. We also supply Folklore brand flavoring syrups, hot and cold cups, and recently started distributing organic herbal teas. If you would be interested in receiving samples or additional information on any of our products, we would be happy to supply them upon request.
